RETURNS POLICY
Items can only be returned for a refund under the following conditions:
- If you have received an incorrect product. In this case the product must be returned unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and any cellophane intact. This condition is only for domestic orders and does not apply to international orders. All accessories, tags and free gifts must also be returned.
All products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
How to Return A Product:

Step 2: Pack your product
Pack your product according to the return conditions explained above.
Step 3: Return your product
Ship your product to the return address provided.
Step 4: You’re done!
We will immediately initiate your replacement after it passes our quality evaluation. See below for expected timelines.
How long will it take to receive my replacement?
It will take between 5 and 13 days to send you the replacement depending on your product and location.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once you have provided us with your Bank account details and the returned product has passed the quality check, the amount will be transferred to you within 2 to 3 days.
